How long will the system replacement job take to complete once we authorize Coastal Cooling Services to do the work?

We get to work immediately upon authorization to schedule your changeout. Typically all jobs will be completed in 4-8 hours and will be commissioned same day. A satisfaction call will be scheduled to ensure your comfort, complete owner training, and warranty registration. Once job is completed we will schedule a date for inspection by local building department.

Is there a warranty or guarantee?

With any of our installed equipment the manufacturer supplies you with a 10 year parts warranty. Currently we offer 1 year labor warranty on all new installations. However our company does offer the option for 5 and 10 year labor warranty plans available for homeowners to decide their level of protection towards their Home Comfort system.
